How We Can Help

  • Intake & Assessment
A 60‑minute session to understand your history, strengths, and goals.

  • Personalized Treatment Plan
    We outline a roadmap—usually 6 to 16 sessions—tailored to your priorities.

  • Active Skill‑Building
Weekly or bi‑weekly meetings (in‑person or secure telehealth) where you learn, practice, and refine new strategies.

  • Brain Map neurotherapist will perform what’s known as a “brain map” to begin the assessment process and begin to understand how the individual’s brain is functioning. With that information and a combination of other clinical assessments, we can create a treatment program best suited to assist in improving.

  • Progress Evaluation
Regular reviews ensure we stay on track; plans adjust as your needs evolve.

  • Graduation or Maintenance
When goals are met, you may wrap up, taper to monthly check‑ins, or shift focus to new objectives.

Disorders?

Many people who reach out to us for counseling are wrestling with persistent anxiety—whether it shows up as generalized worry, panic attacks, phobias, or the social fear that makes everyday interactions exhausting. Others feel the weight of depression: a loss of motivation, ongoing sadness, or the fog that can follow childbirth. Stress and professional burnout, identity struggles, and low self‑esteem also bring clients through our door, especially when perfectionism or body‑image concerns erode confidence.

• 59.3 million U.S. adults (23.1 %) experienced any mental illness in 2023.
• 19.3 million (7.5 %) met criteria for serious mental illness.
• Yet only 48.6 % of adults with a condition received professional treatment.”

We also support individuals processing traumatic events or complicated grief after a major loss, as well as couples and families navigating communication breakdowns, separation, or co‑parenting tensions. Substance‑use challenges and other risky coping behaviors often accompany these difficulties, and life transitions—relocation, career changes, retirement—can amplify emotional strain. No matter the combination of concerns, our goal is to help clients regain balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
